[High Reward!] - Scan Job Request

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Rules for scan jobs:
1- A minimum of 5 money per 1 page  (10 super per 100 page's) must be offered as reward to helper for obtaining a Scan PDF.  
2-Requester has to ensure that he/she has enough money in his/her account after cost of reward is subtracted.
3-helper must make a claim by posting a reply.
